When I became pregnant with my first son, I collected a huge library of books about pregnancy, babies, and raising children.
I studied nutrition, discipline, and everything in between. I read sixteen books from cover to cover, and used the other thirty something books as reference.
When I became pregnant with my second son, I spent my time reading poetry and listening to music. I was a little more laid back to say the least.
Maybe I just felt better knowing that I had all that knowledge under my belt, and I was more willing to let nature take its course. In hindsight, I believe in both methodologies.
Take in all the knowledge you can... then look at your babies little face, and trust your instincts. And finally, enjoy every minute!
